We had some issues with the RV but Darren and Paul were very responsive and genuinely cared about us and our safety. They were also fare and understanding when giving them feedback about the trip. They are making immediate repairs and updates to ensure future rentals have a wonderful experience. I would rent again from Darren and Paul.

Thanks for the review, Jason. I'm so sorry you had issues with your rental, but I'm glad that you were able to build some lifetime memories with your family on the road trip with Ruby. I've reevaluated my rental policy and decided to increase the amount of downtime between rentals to check and fix items that need attention between rentals.

RV owner was very accommodating and great people to work with but try and give them a little notice before hand. Outdoorsy, however, sucks! I will never use this site again. Spent 30 minutes on hold for support, can't find anything I am looking for on the website. It takes hours to start adding a driver because of their email system. Takes 24 hours to verify ID? Do we live in the 1990's? The app for the phone simply spends, spun and spun. I was never able to use it. But great RV and great owner! As I am writing this I can't even upload photos easily...

We had a wonderful time in Darren’s RV! It’s very comfortable and clean, Darren is very easy to work with. We will definitely rent from him again!

This was the best experience we have ever had with a motorhome rental Darren and Paul were totally awsome and were very thorough in training us before our trip. They paid attention to every detail and have the Ruby Leprechaun completely stocked with everything one needs for a perfect experience. We were truly priveledged to get to rent from them and look forward to doing it again in the future. We don't want to rent from anyone else because we have been spoiled. Our trip was perfect. Thank you very much for all you did to make our adventure shear pleasure.

Rig was great, and Darren was very responsive before and during our rental. Exactly as advertised with a lot of the little things like dishes, pots, utensils included. We basically loaded up the kids and food and took off! Great way to spend a week as a family.

We loved Ruby! Great RV! It had everything we needed. Plenty of space and amenities for our family of 4. We went from SA to Yellowstone and then. Grand Canyon and then back home. She was easy to drive and set up The hosts Darren and Paul were very responsive. We will totally book with them again.

Fantastic experience with this RV! Great layout and everything worked beautifully. Easy to drive and checklists provided really helped! Darren was careful and supportive in the pickup process, teaching us everything. Would rent again for sure!

Ruby is the way to go if you're not sure about RV'ing for the first time! Not only because it is an amazing home away from home - my 13 year-old said we were glamping - but also because the guys were extremely attentive and communicative throughout the experience. The pre-check run through is thorough - plan on it taking a bit, but well worth it. If you do forget something, they have a step-by-step guide and as a last resort you can always call & text who was always helpful/patient Darren answering in short order. The interior was clean, modern and spacious for our family of 4. This is our second time to rent an RV and this was step up from the towable pop-up we used 2 years ago...so was the price! I think you an probably find cheaper but for a 33 footer with outdoor fridge, comfy beds, nice seating area, grill and outdoor sink you can't go wrong! The only mechanical issue we had was outside TV didn't work well and satellite was incorrectly listed...minor things when you want to get outside!

Thanks for the review, Andrew. Sorry that you had issues with the outside TV. I took Ruby out for a trip right after you and it seemed to work fine after wiggling the wires, so I'm guessing it may have been a loose connection for you. RV electronics can be finicky, especially when they are regularly exposed to outdoor elements. As far as the satellite is concerned, it is installed, but I don't have a current subscription. To be honest, it had been a while since I had reviewed the amenities list. I have updated the listing and deleted the satellite to avoid future confusion. Darren and Paul were very professional and responsive from booking thru checkout. We were new to rv’ing and they patiently addressed all of our questions. We had an amazing time with Ruby. It suited our family of 5 perfectly on our 12 day adventure. It looks just as clean and new in person as it does in the listing photos. We hope to rent it again soon!
