Walter and Diane were great at delivering our RV's. Very patient (we were totally inexperienced with RV's) and helped us by answering all our questions! Loved the brand new RV our family member had (RYE) and would love to have those newer RV's in future!

The unit had a broken refrigerator and the generator was old and put out a gas smell.With all the windows closed and door we could still smell it . We were afraid to use the generator.Sadly not sure we will rent another.

Garvin's provides great service. I would have rated 5 stars, but the Conquest has seen better days. I attribute this to prior renters possibly being negligent in the care of the rental. A bit of TLC is needed.

We had a little issue with getting the hot water turned on but figured it out. Also, wish the fresh water tank had a larger capacity. Lastly, beds were kind of hard due to the thin mattresses. But overall we loved the trailer and had a great time!

The RV was easy to pick up and drop off. It was clean and spacious. I love that it was also dog friendly so that I could bring my dogs along with me to enjoy our vacation

Wonderful people and quality campers! The pick up and drop off were so simple and convenient. the trailer was clean, and prepped so all I had to do was hook up and get to camp, saving us time and effort. it was mechanically sound and so spacious. We will deffinately be back!

Our family really enjoyed the convenience of Garvin’s business. They were very accurate in their description of their services. They had the trailer set up before we got there and they picked it up tight on time. They are very nice and ready to help on the spot. I recommend them highly.

The host was great in allowing us early pickup and dropping off later. Communication was also good. The trailer itself worked good for what we needed. The only trouble we experienced was the bed in the room, it is very thin and sits on cardboard so it really is not like sleeping on a bed, more of a cot. We are older so it just didn’t work for us, we had to sleep elsewhere.

First off communication from the host was poor at best. While they responded to questions, it was like pulling teeth to get specifics and information. In some instances, they did not respond to questions or messages. Second, the pictures shown in the listing are nothing like the current condition of the RV (I attempted to include them here but since I started the review on a computer, it won't let me finish it on a phone where the pictures are stored.) Needless to say, you won't get a RV that looks like what they have pictured. The leather on the seats is mostly gone and the unit is much more worn than what they show. Additionally, only about half of the lights work. Lastly, they placed the RV in a spot where we could open the door but not completely, nor could we secure it, because they placed it so close to a tree that the tree blocked the door opening.
