Terri & the crew at Trailer World were extremely helpful, walking us through every feature of the (brand new) trailer and testing everything right down to the smoke detector before we left the lot.

Great little camper. Pickup and drop-off were both easy and convenient. I would rent from Jordan again in the future.

When we got to our camp sight, we discovered the black tank was nearly full. After further inspection, it appeared there was sludge in the tank preventing total emptying. When the trailer was returned, the problem was explained. Part of the rental cost was returned. We fell satisfied with the refund by Jordan.
