We had an amazing experience renting Jae’s RV! Jae was excellent with communication from start to finish. Before our trip, he sent us a very helpful video explaining the RV’s systems, and he also gave us a thorough walkthrough before we left, which made us feel very comfortable and prepared. The RV itself was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and everything worked well. Our family absolutely loved the experience! While we were away, Jae was always quick to respond whenever we had a question, which gave us great peace of mind. We would highly recommend renting this RV from Jae and would definitely do it again. Our only small suggestion would be to have a checklist for preparing the RV systems before setting off on a trip, similar to what was covered in the instructional video. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

The RV was great and served perfectly for my family with 3 adults and 2 kids. The host was always a avaliable and prompt answered all the doubts. He even accepted the vehicle to be returned in late hours.

Jae was a really nice fellow and the motor home we rented from him was in excellent shape. We drove up to a lake that we wanted to stay at and do some fishing. The lake was Sheridan lake and they have a wonderful campground there with water and power hook ups. On Thursdays they even came around and pumped your tanks with a portable pump out. Because of all this we had fantastic stay in the motor home. The only trouble was the wind, it was blowing a lot of the time we were there so not much fishing but because the sun shone we got to sit and relax and enjoy the time there. We can’t say enough about how comfortable the motor home was for us. Thank you Jae.
