The Heartland Prowler 320BH — (36 ft, Sleeps 9)-Come check out this like new very spacious and modern 36 foot long 2020 Heartland Prowler family camper! This camper has dual slide outs to create a large spacious area. The rear area has a bunkhouse set up perfect for multiple children. Sleeps 10-11 people when all furniture is converted to a bed.
-The inside kitchen boasts all stainless steel look appliances including fridge/ freezer, three burner stove/ oven, microwave with exterior venting and dual stainless steel sinks. A pod style coffee maker, toaster oven, crock pot, kitchen utensils, pots/ pans, flatware and place settings for 8 are included for the hassle free experience every chef wants. The food pantry is large enough to hold enough food for weeks of camping. A generous supply of paper towels is provided, as is dish soap and hand soap.
-The master bedroom is up front and features a queen size bed and two full length wardrobes with additional storage above the bed and under the bed. The rear bunkhouse features three bunks along with gaming chairs. The gaming chairs fold flat and could be used as a sleeping area for small children. An inflatable mattress could be used for more sleeping space, which would need to be provided by the renter.
-The bathroom has a larger corner shower with acrylic doors along with vanity mirror, stainless steel sink, and foot operated toilet. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or non RV approved toilet paper down the toilet. They are very difficult to remove and will clog the drain valve. A generous supply of RV approved toilet paper is provided.
-The kitchen dinette is U-shaped to allow more people to eat together. There is ample storage under the seats. The dinette does convert into a full size bed.
-The couch seats three comfortably and easily folds down for more sleeping space. If features an armrest with LED lit cupholders and USB chargers.
-There are three Smart TVs located inside the camper and the CD radio is Bluetooth compatible. This camper has two AC units to keep nice and cool on those hot summer days and a gas furnace with a large electric fireplace to keep warm on those chilly nights.
-Outside entertainment is a breeze with the outdoor kitchen with a second dorm size refrigerator, sink, and gas grill hookups. A portable Blackstone style griddle is included. An outdoor shower is included along with an LED lit large 17' electric awning and outside speakers. The camper features a blue LED bar under the camper for mood lighting. Four camping chairs, folding table and campfire roasting forks are included. Two outdoor cable connections are provided so TVs could be watched outdoors.
-There is a strict No Smoking policy. The $500 deposit will be forfeited if there is any smoking inside. Small dog friendly, however no cats are allowed due to allergies. A $50.00 non refundable pet fee is required.
-This camper features 50 amp electrical service so both AC’s and all electrical accessories can be utilized without worries.
-All necessary power cords, surge protector and adapters, water hoses, and sewer connections are included.
-Set up is made easier with front and rear electric stabilizing jacks.
-The two 20 lb propane tanks are filled before each rental. The main refrigerator, stove top, oven, furnace and water heater all can run off of propane. There is a quick connect gas port located by the outdoor kitchen to allow for the griddle to be hooked up. The quick connect hose is included.
-A 2- 5/16 hitch with sway bars are included in the rental. The towing vehicle must be capable of towing at a minimum of 9000 lbs and be equipped with electric trailer brakes. This will be verified before allowing the camper to be towed away. The camper features a rear mounted wireless camera to help with towing and backing. The display sits on the truck dash.
-Delivery along with set up/ take down will be an option on a case by case basis.
-The camper is cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental. This includes washing the exterior. A $100 cleaning fee is collected on every rental. This fee also is used to fill the propane tanks back to full regardless of use and the setting up and dumping of the holding tanks. If the camper is returned in an unusually filthy and neglected condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied and taken out of the security deposit.
-All grey and black holding tanks must be emptied before being returned. If the campsite does not have sewer hookups but does have a dump station near by, a toilet waste portable tote can be rented for an additional $10.00 per night.
-We provide 5 standard sleeping pillows as well as linen sheets for the three bunk beds and the queen bed. We provide 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, 4 bath hand towels, 4 dish rags, and 2 dish towels. All used towels and linens are washed before each rental.

RULES OF THE ROAD — AUBURN CAMPER RENTALS
Return the camper clean, on time, smoke-free, and FULL of fuel
if motorized. You do NOT need to dump tanks — that's in your Prep Fee. Retract
the awning whenever you leave the site or weather turns.
PROHIBITED: illegal use, business/residency, towing behind the unit, leaving the
continental US, off-road/trails (gravel sites OK), music festivals (unless
pre-approved), and use by anyone who isn't an Authorized Driver (25+, verified).
ROOF: no climbing on the roof, ever. Violation = $500 + roof seal inspection.
SMOKING: none inside (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). Violation = $250 + cleaning.
PETS: 2 dogs max, pre-approved. No cats/exotics. $50 pet fee; unreported = $150.
