Comes prepared with cooking and kitchen utensils, cleaning materials (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) Fresh linen and towels are provided. Both TV's have Amazon firesticks and we have a pay as you go wifi hotspot. We provide 4 adult outdoor chairs, portable outdoor grill for guest use (Upon Request) and outdoor games for the kids to enjoy! We sanitize and clean before and after every rental. Sunscreen, bug spray and first aid kit are all complimentary. We just refill as needed. We try to accommodate to our very best, so if there are certain requests, please feel free to send a message! 5.0Paul and his wife were great! This RV hit the spot -- it drove like a champ, had all the features and accessories we needed and was the perfect fit for our family of 4 (with 2 teens!). Would gladly rent this RV again and happily work with Paul again.

4.0Summer is awesome and quick to respond. The RV is well loved, roomy (us and 3 medium/large dogs, everyone was comfy), & has lots of nice extra features. We had a great time and look forward to our next adventure soon!

5.0RV worked great and was perfect for our trip (2 adults, 2 children, Northern New Mexico in early November = cold nights). Paul and Summer were a pleasure to deal with!

5.0Aside from the Government shutdown impacting our trip, the RV from Paul and Summer was fantastic. Very clean, well equipped, everything worked and lots of little touches like a snack basket, hand sanitizer and new dish sponges. Pick-up and drop off was super easy and the host were responsive with answers and a pleasure to deal with.
