• Minimum renter age of 25 and possessive valid drivers license. RV is to be used by individuals listed on the rental agreement. • Renters are responsible for any citations, tolls, fines, or campground fees incurred during the rental period. Holding tanks must be emptied prior to return unless the dump service add-on is purchased. • Please report any damage, malfunction, or accident immediately. • NO smoking, vaping, or drug use in the RV. • Any excessive cleaning, stains, odors, or evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees. • Event and tailgate use must be disclosed at time of booking and purchased as an add-on. Failure to do so will result in a fee. • When booking the RV the renter is responsible for booking their own camp ground and paying all camp ground related fees. If I will be dropping off the RV at a campground renter will provide me with their reservation details for a smooth drop off.
