No towing needed! The camper already set up on a nice woodsy campsite facing the lake and only 50 ft from the sand beach. Stone fire pit is ready to go. Like new condition. Very clean. Sleeps up to 5. Smart TV/dvd available. Wired for "tailgater" satellite TV system. Campsite includes water and electricity and is private on 3 sides. An outdoor grill is included. Shower/bath house a short walk through the campground. Campground is a family orientated campground. Swimming, docks, paddle boat, playground, good fishing, (fishing guide available). Campground is located near Alexandria / Nelson/Osakis Minnesota on Smith Lake. There are restaurants, golf courses, family activities--all within a minutes drive.

We have 3 kids and a hunting dog. I operate a fishing guide service--Minnesota Fishing Guide Service ([URL removed]), and my wife is a teacher. We travel all over the U.S.A We rent our ice fishing houses/campers in the summer as campers and thought we would try this site. Typically the ice houses are rented by the weekend while sitting on a frozen lake. So summer use is no problem. LOL.

Treat the camper as your own --as it is my families' as well. Please no smoking or pets in camper. A complete deposit loss will occur. Please bring basic cleaning supplies to clean it as you found it. A mop and broom is provided. Any cleaning that we have to do will be $50 minimum off the deposit.
