I have only positive things to say about our experience in renting this RV. The owner, Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was flexible with the drop-off and pick-up times, took time to give us a thorough overview of everything, and was fine with answering any questions during the rental period. As for the RV, it was very well kept. The RV was well stocked with a lot of what we needed such as cooking utensils, bed linens, outdoor carpet, etc, which saved us a lot of extra packing. In terms of performance the RV handled well and had plenty of power for maintaining speed on inclines and the air brakes provided confidence in stopping on grades and in traffic. Mark and his RV made the trip easy and memorable and we look forward to renting again.
