Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shardlow Products LLC, DBA Finger Lakes RV Rentals, is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, fees or data incurred by the Rental party. The total liability for any claims arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Rental Party in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. Dispute Settlement - It is understood that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Almond, New York. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Rules - - No climbing, sitting or standing on the roof is allowed. - Awnings should be retracted during any winds over 5 mph, at times of inclement weather or the threat of inclement weather, no exceptions. - Refilling of the propane tank should only be done by an authorized agent of the establishment where it is being purchased. - Any challenges incurred during the rental period should be reported to Finger Lakes RV Rentals ASAP. - Any repairs where reimbursement is expected by the renter over 50.00 per rental period require the permission of Finger Lakes RV Rentals PRIOR to initiating.
