Up front, you will have a large U-shaped sitting area with a detachable table. When dinner and board games are done, the sitting area breaks down into a queen size sleep area. Throw down all the cushions and mattress topper and will have a cushy sleep space! This is the preferred way to sleep with 4" deep cushions and a mattress topper. The 2 bunks have been upgraded with a cushy 4" memory foam mattress! The Canyon Cat has a Great 13,500 BTU A/C system that cools in a matter of minutes. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook/eat/clean. Along with a deliver/setup/pickup service, this is perfect for a getaway in the majestic Palo Duro Canyon (2nd largest canyon in the U.S.) or pick it up on your way to New Mexico or Colorado. This travel trailer is great for a weekend...or even a week or 2-long getaway!!!-Available to be picked up a day before for packing as long as there is no scheduling conflicts. Just notify me ahead of time.

I am very flexible with pick up and drop times and location. As of now, I work from home and occasionally report to the office, but I not had any issues with renters on pickup/drop time and location.
