Everything was perfect. Ben was the ideal host. In our case we had the travel trailer dropped off and picked up. All of the set up was handled, it was beautiful. I will definitely rent with Ben again and I do absolutely recommend him as a host.

Maintain a stopping distance of 5 truck+trailer between you and the vehicle in front. Do not exceed 15 mph on dirt roads. Go over bumps slowly and carefully. Be sure to take wide turns to avoid curbs and corner signage. Steer clear of low hanging tree branches. If camping under a sappy pine tree, do not open the awning. If possible, avoid the sappy pine tree altogether. If the awning is out and the wind starts to pick up, immediately close retract the awning. Always close the awning at night. If the Cougar is returned with evidence of strenuous off-roading, pet presence, festival use, tailgating, smoking, or any other abuse, you will be fined the deposit. Driver must be over 30 yrs old and have at least 3 years of towing experience.
