Fun, lightweight travel trailer, updated with many new items. Well-maintained; don't allow the age to scare you. Easy to tow, set up, and use. Includes full propane tanks, outdoor carpet, etc. Can be towed by most pickup trucks or larger SUV that can handle the weight.
Clean sheets included, please bring any additional blankets/sleeping bags and pillows you may need. This is a 21' r-vision trail lite 7211. Sleeps up to 5 people; dinette folds down into queen bed, full bed in back, and top bunk in front. Memory foam toppers on all beds! New flooring throughout, updated bathroom and new cushions in dinette! New roof, new vents, newer tires and brakes. Includes cold rooftop A/C, propane furnace, electric/propane fridge, hot water which also can run on electric or propane. Propane stove top. Water filter for fresh drinking water on tap! Roll down awning. 30 gallon fresh water tank for dry camping. Lots of room for storage. Dry weight of the trailer is only about 3,100 lbs so it is relatively easy to tow with an suv or truck.
