Runs well, noisy on gravel
The rig ran well and was clean, but noisy on gravel roads. Sleeping capacity is overstated for adults, and gray water/charging are limited.

4.0Seven of us travelled in Hector to Talkeetna, Denali National Park and Palmer. We loved being in an RV especially when it was raining and liked staying right in the park at Teklanika Campground. There aren’t any hookups at Teklanika so our limited size of the gray water tank and charging our devices including C-PAPS was a concern. The RV description says sleeps 10 but there is 1queen, 1 double, 2 single bunks and 2 fold down beds that could maybe sleep 2short children each- not adults. The staff at Alaska RV was great and the rig ran well and was clean but was a bit noisy on Denali NP gravel roads. Our pick up time was three hours late due to the RV being turned in late with one quick-fix issue. So was everything perfect-no- but the trip was perfectly enjoyable and we’d do it again maybe renting two RV’s instead of one next time. Lastly I want to say that the staff was very nice and worked hard to get us out on the road on time. They gave us the use of extra RV stuff at no charge to accommodate our late departure.

5.0These guys are the friendliest and helpful staff throughout the rental experience. They were available and able to talk me through a step that I was forgetting and troubleshot it right away. No issues throughout trip and the Hector RV was perfect!
