This RV "Scout" is clean, well maintained, and adventure-ready.Just a few things to note, we do not offer parking on-site. You will have to make the arrangements prior to pick-up. Delivery is available for a negotiable fee.We will need 30 - 45 minutes to walk around the rig, depending on your experience, to go over the operational details and perform a safety drive as per our insurance company.Pick-up time is negotiable. Typically 8 am. However, I am flexible as long as we communicate ahead of time. Also, please keep to your arranged return time. Typically this is 2 pm. There is a surcharge of $25 per hour for arriving past checkout if an arrangement has not been made with the owner(s).Any damage done to the rig will be taken out of your deposit. Although some wear and tear, as well as debris, are expected, any excessive damage or that requires extra cleaning will have to be charged to the renter(s). Usually at a rate of 35-45 per hour for cleaning, and/or an estimate from a repair company depending on the severity of the damage.This is a non-smoking unit. We will have to deduct from your security deposit and burns or cleaning due to smoke damage.Any Blackwater Waste left in Septic will incur a minimum service fee of $150 for removal. $50 to refuel plus price per gallon.We will make our best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However, given that items can fail, we make no guarantee of their availability. Especially during the busy seasons where there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you if something may not be working prior to pick-up/delivery.

3Overall Manny was very nice and the RV worked just fine. Not giving 4 or 5 stars because Manny was late to drop the RV off which was frustrating as we had an event we had to rush to get to. Also he messaged us the day of that there would be no blankets in the RV as they were lost which is frustrating because it had been booked for weeks. We were flying into town so it wasn't easy to get our hands on blankets. The inside was pretty bare bones too which you would think there would be at least cups in the RV.

4Was a wonderful trip. Manny was great to work with. The reservation pick up location was not correct, if I did not call for directions I would not have known it was a different location. Toilet did not have disinfection liquid put in, had to add myself.
