Noah was wonderful and helpful to completely set up the RV for our family. When we arrived, we didn't have to lift a finger to set up! The RV trip, however, was overshadowed by the intense summer heat and sadly, the AC unit could not keep the cabin cool. As a result, nap time and bedtimes for our young ones were hot and bright. I'm unsure if this could be truly avoided in any situation, but another AC unit or better circulation could have been helpful, especially in the bedroom.

Main issue was the AC. When we got to the camper it was NOT cooling down. We followed instructions not to put it below 74 in fear of it freezing up, but it was in the upper 80's that night going to bed at midnight. It was cooler outside. It finally froze up/shut off about 3 am. Then it decided to cool. The next day we couldn't use the camper to cool off at all. That night my kids slept on the boat and outside in hammock. No response from host.

No AC in the camper for our trip in June. So hot, we had to stay in car first night. Noah did try to get it fixed, but I had to wait around until 2 o’clock on our only day at the lake for the repairman to come, and it was not fixed.

App was super simple and communication was exceptional! Thanks Noah for making our Father's Day weekend memorable!

This is the second time we have rented this camper and it was great! Noah communicates in advance, checks in right before the rental, and is available if anything is needed during your stay. Having the camper set up and taken back for us makes it super easy to just show up with personal items and food and start enjoying the great outdoors. We have 4 adults and it’s a good size for our crew but it might get a little tight with more, unless they were smaller kiddos. We didn’t use the stove/oven but can say that the rest of the kitchen, bathroom, A/C-heater work well. We’d rent this camper again!
