1. The rear slide (bump-out) did not function. I messaged you through the Outdoorsy app on the day we arrived after discovering the issue, but I did not receive a response or a call. As a result, we had a significantly more cramped living and sleeping arrangement for the duration of the trip. When we returned the RV, you acknowledged the issue and sent me the following message: “Rear slide. Blown 30 Amp fuse. Very sorry. AL.” 2. The vent above the bed would not close. We could see that someone had previously tried to tape it shut, but the tape was not holding. Because of this, we had to climb onto the roof and place a tarp over the vent to prevent water from entering the RV. The ladder did not feel secure enough to safely support an adult, so my 12-year-old daughter had to climb up and arrange the tarp. This was an issue we should not have had to deal with during our rental. 3. The water system did not work. We were unable to use the sinks or the toilet because there was no running water inside the RV. 4. The RV clearly had not been cleaned before it was given to us. We found partially used water bottles, used tissues, and food crumbs to name a few things.

Loved my rental experience, Joe's team was friendly, accommodating, and professional. They made sure to give me a run down on operations before we took off which made us a lot more comfortable once we his the road. We rented the rv for 4 days and it ran great.

This was my second time renting from Joe, and once again everything was great. Check-in was quick and easy, the bedding came fresh out of the cleaner’s bag, and he even had the black and grey tanks open to show they were fully emptied. The RV itself was very comfortable to drive, and the whole process was hassle-free. I feel very confident renting from Joe and would recommend him to anyone.
