This RV can NOT be transported with water in the hot tub. It must be filled and drained at the destination.

I’m very flexible with pickup and drop-off times whenever possible. Just let me know your preferred times, and I’ll do my absolute best to accommodate you.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

This RV weighs 9400lbs and REQUIRES at least a 3/4 ton tow vehicle to pull it safely. The optional RV hot tub package requires EXTENSIVE setup. I STRONGLY recommend HOST delivery, setup, and pickup if the optional hot tub package is selected.

Off-road camping events — including trail rides, festivals, or any event where the camper will be set up in a dirt field — are permitted only without the optional Hot Tub Package. Please see my other listing if you’re planning a dirt-field camping event, as that unit is approved for those types of setups.
