Super clean, cute lightweight travel trailer with new tires, bearings and decor. Has everything you need. May rent for use in Colorado only.Your tow vehicle will need a 7-pin connector, a 2 inch hitch receiver (tied into the vehicle's frame), and a brake controller. We do not supply these items and will deny the rental if your tow vehicle is ill-equipped. Please contact us if you have any specific questions related to your tow vehicle's needs.You'll receive trailer with clean tanks and 1/3 fresh water fill for traveling.
Propane provided, at no charge.I have trailer hitches with locks for your use, no charge.Rv toilet paper must be used and cost is automatically added to rental. ABC Car wash near Indiana and 64th recommended. They have a great hand brush to remove bugs, especially from the front of the Casita.If not returned clean, a $100 fee will be deducted. Cleaning solutions and paper towels, brush and dustpan provided for the interior.Please shut shower drain valve when you travel and open it once you are camped. It is the T-shaped handle in the main closet on left side. Down is closed, up is open. It just moves a few inches. This will keep the gray tank from coming into shower pan on bumpy roads.Water pump off when connected to city water connection, and when traveling. The pump can be damaged if you have on while connected to a waterline.
