We try to keep this camper as new feeling as possible. We are offering this camper for us to setup and you enjoy. We are a younger couple and only use the camper a few months a year. The camper is a 31 foot Jayco it is a couple of steps up from a normal Jayco. It has better insulation which means it stays cooler better and stays warmer better. The camper is local to Asheville. Anywhere in Buncombe County we will deliver and set up for free. Anything outside of Buncombe County will have additional fees for delivery And set up. The camper has a nice open floor plan. It sleeps six comfortably. One full-size queen bed and one pullout couch that turns into a bed that's a little bigger than a queen size. One table kitchenette set up that turns into a bed and sleeps two people. The camper is stocked with all utensils needed as far as pots and pans and all essentials in kitchen. Has a coffee maker, shower, large flat screen TV. The camper has two automatic slide outs. two automatic awnings. There is a 30$ set up fee, if you rent for longer than a week we will waive the set up fee..The camper has propane heat, stove and oven. We supply 2 camping chairs, and two camping mats for your conveniences. 1 roll paper towels, one roll of toilet paper. The camper has a full bathroom. We prefer you use the bathroom facilities at the campgrounds but emergencies happen and we get that and sometimes you just have to go. The reason behind this is the camper does not have a very big storage tanks for waste and you would have to empty it quite often. Although emptying it is not very hard we would just have to show you or you could call and we can talk you through it. You can turn the radio on inside the camper and speakers inside and outside. Towels and sheets can be supplied for additional fee. All you need is your clothes and food!! This camper is only available for full hookup only no primitive camping. We are very clean and neat people and if you are in our camper we expect you to be also as we use this camper quite often when we can.......Our animals are part of our family and some of you travel with yours. we expect house trained and potty trained pets please, as we understand accidents do happen please clean promptly as to not expect a additional cleaning fee. This is our second home we expect it to be left how you found it clean, cleaning supplies will be supplied.
