Before pickup, the entire RV is deep cleaned, followed by all surfaces, switches, handles etc being double cleaned with pure alcohol. Lastly, ozone machine is used to disinfect the RV, including all ducts for heating and air ank you for understanding.2021 Mercedes Jayco Melbourne 24L is the ultimate blend of ride quality, fuel economy, spaciousness when parked but compact enough to be easily drivable anywhere and into any national park or camping spot! This is a brand new 2021 RV with that new vehicle smell. Powered by 3.0 liter Mercedes turbo diesel, you'll see average fuel economy of about 15MPG, thats almost twice what you'll see out of any Ford based RV- thats about $100 savings per 500 miles driven. It has sleeping accommodations for 5 people, everything is push button electric, from slides, to step and awning. Our RV comes with basic pots, pans, utensils, plates, 2 camping chairs, lighter, can opener, toaster, coffee maker and cooler. We have add ons available depending on your needs- all of those are options with the exception of the prep/sanitization fee.This unit has:

-You must report all accidents and damage involving the Vehicle to us and the police within 24 hours of occurrence.
-Smoking or Vaping is NOT permitted inside the vehicle.
-Burning of Scented candles, Incense, cooking of fragrant foods is NOT permitted inside the vehicle.
-No off road use, forest service roads, gravel roads, beaches, etc. Gravel parking lots or spots at campgrounds are ok.
-Only use provided toilet paper.
-Do not to put any other foreign materials into the toilet, including non approved toilet paper, paper towels, wipes and feminine hygiene products. Use of such items will results in clogs, which require additional cleaning fee of $500.
-Awning is NOT covered by the rental insurance- all repair cost are the responsibility of the renter.
-The vehicle is equipped with a GPS and it records your entire trip. DO NOT OPERATE THE VEHICLE IN EXCESS OF 75MPH, such speeds cause excessive wear and tear on the vehicle and can cause unexpected mechanical failures, tire blowouts, etc.
-No Travel to Mexico
-No climbing on the roof
-No Burning Man festival.
-Rental Addendum and additional forms are signed upon pickup.
