RV is cleaned and Covid sanitized between each bookingSleeps 10 comfortably with two separate bedrooms closed off from living space by sliding doors.Master Queen 60in W x 80in L with upgraded 12” deep firm memory foam mattress , storage and wardrobes and has rotating 40in TV from living space to bedroom.Bunk room has a TV hook-up, a 38in W x 73in L top bunk and a 29in W x 73in L top bunk and two Jay Cube chairs with removable back rests that fold into different configurations: 73in W x 80in L king bed or two twins or loveseat or lounge chairs.Large dinette folds down to a generous double bed and loveseat sofa folds out to another double bed.All mattresses and pillows have hygienic waterproof covers.Large rectangular shower with tub base, rounded curtain track and raised skylight for more room and taller elongated toilet for comfort and accessibility.Thermal package and enclosed underbelly for extended camping season, good to 0 degrees Celsius.Solar package to charge battery. Thermostat runs on battery or electric. Furnace runs on propane gas.
