Towable with a V6 (4500 pound towing capacity minimum), this camper has all the features you need! : 2 Upgraded 6-volt batteries, solar power (solar powers everything except the air conditioner and microwave), back up camera, gas and electric hot water heater, large slide-out (provides spacious room when camping, yet easy to tow and maneuver), bathroom
with separate shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Bike rack, powered awning, surge-protector, on-board inverter/converter for safely powering 4 standard 120v outlets , HD long-range TV antenna ,TV, stereo, wifi booster, outdoor table, outdoor shower, 2 propane tanks, propane or electric heat, gas oven, 3 stove top burners, large fridge and freezer, comfortable queen size bed with pillow top cover, and a couch that becomes a full size bed (comfortable gel memory foam topper on request for couch bed). A fee of $100 includes prepping and cleaning the camper before and after your return. (Shorter 2 or 3 night rentals will have an additional fee of $100 for quick turnaround costs. 4 nights+, this fee doesn’t apply.)
I will dump the black and grey tanks for you. I dump the tanks myself, so I know it's done properly using the black-tank flush system. I'll provide you with a full tank of propane, and RV safe toilet paper. A 3300-watt inverter generator is available, if needed ($4 per running hour, no charge if unused). I'll provide a brake controller for you (Tekonsha Primus IQ). The brake controller works with all vehicles that have a tow package, you'll just need an adapter plug for your specific vehicle (I'll help you get this). A Standard 7-pin connection on your tow vehicle is required. Absolutely NO Smoking in the camper. Clean base sheets and mattress toppers are provided. A propane outdoor fire pit, pots, pans, cutlery, chairs, and additional camping supplies can be provided upon request for no additional charge.
