Q.What are standard pick-up and drop-off times?

Your rental begins at 3pm on the day of the rental, and is due back by 11am on your return day. This allows us enough time to prepare the vehicle for the next renter if there is one, and prepare the vehicle for you if it is just returning from a rental.
We do offer optional add-on services for early pick-up the day of your rental and late drop off the day of your return, provided the vehicle is not already rented out during those times.
