Do you rent to all Festivals and is there a price increase?

Some festival, yes. There will be an additional fee for all festivals. The amount varies depending on the type of festival, as festival use often causes extra wear and tear, heavier generator use, and extended cleaning and maintenance needs. Outdoor conditions like dust, mud, rain, or heat can increase the impact on the trailer. Each festival is different, so fees are calculated case by case to cover these extra costs and ensure the trailer remains in excellent condition for all renters.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Standard trailer drop-off is between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and pickup is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. We’re happy to be flexible when possible. If you need early delivery or a late pickup outside these windows, a half-day or full-day fee may apply, depending on timing and availability. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
