We want you to enjoy your trip and treat our RV like your own home on wheels! Please take a moment to review the rules below so everyone has a great experience:
1. No Smoking or Vaping inside the RV — a $250 cleaning fee will apply for any smoke odors.
2. Pets Are Welcome! We love furry companions. A pet fee of $140 for up to 3 pets applies to cover extra cleaning and sanitizing. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and never leave them unattended inside the RV.
3. Festivals or Tailgating Events is negotiable.
4. Return the RV Clean — please sweep, wipe down surfaces, and remove all trash. Deep cleaning is included in the prep fee, but extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
5. Dump Tanks Before Return (unless you selected the dump add-on). A $100 fee will apply if tanks are not emptied.
6. No Climbing on the Roof — it’s unsafe and can cause damage.
7. No Unauthorized Drivers — only approved, licensed drivers may operate the RV.
8. No Towing unless approved in advance.
9. Refill Gas & Propane to the same level as at pickup (unless pre-paid refill option is selected).
10. Report Any Damages or Issues immediately so we can address them quickly and fairly.
