3.5The drop off and pick up was great and timely. Our camper was cleaned on a “surface level” but the cupboards and drawers were filled with random objects that seemed to have been left behind from other guests. We also didn’t have a coffee maker but had coffee filters? Will rent from again, but would recommend you go through and clean out/organize the drawers and cupboards.

5.0Thank God for John and his team! We had a camper delivered from them on site within 2 hours of our request!!! The camper we had originally rented got in an accident on the way to be delivered. Anna at Indian Trails told us to contact John and Black Dog. They made our 4th of July vacation possible! Thank you to John and his crew at Black Dog, and Anna at Indian Trails!

5.0John communicated th entire time to make sure we knew how to use the furnace,water heater, and awning. He had it all set up by the time we got there and came and got it when we left. Camper suited our needs and everything worked as it should.
