Meet our newest addition, Class-C Coachmen Freelander 32BH “Pongo“! Ready to create fun memories and take you on adventures, Pongo is designed throughout with a trendy light wood finish that provides a modern and stylish feel.Good sleep is essential for a good time and our RV provides up to 9 people an assortment of options for rest. The main sleeping units include the master bedroom with a privacy door and an upgraded residential queen mattress and the bunk house with 2 bunk beds. Additional sleeping space includes the pull out couch bed (sleeps 2), the above cab loft approx. the space of a queen bed and finally the dining table turns into a bed that can fit 1 adult or 2 small children. The master bedroom is equipped with an abundance of storage space.The bathroom, with its high-pressure shower, provides plenty of storage to store away toiletries, towels and bathroom necessities. The shower, sink, and commode have all recently been upgraded and promote an enjoyable bathroom experience.The kitchen is equipped with a clean gas stove and oven, as well as a double hole sink that is connected to an extended counter to provide space for food prep. The stove top, when not in use, is covered with an additional cutting board counter top to provide even more prep space. The refrigerator and freezer have ample space for food for several guests over multiple days. The kitchen pantries/drawers and living room storage spaces provide plenty of storage space.The RV is equipped with TVs in each bunk, a TV in the main cabin and a full stereo system and TV outside for outdoor lounging and game watching.
The AC unit has recently been updated to provide an extra cooling experience both while driving and camping, especially in the Texas heat. There are several outlets throughout the RV for electricity and charging everyone's gadgets.

We are Chance and Rebecca Bishop. Camping and RV’ing was already a big part of our lives when we met, fell in love and got married. We were both full-time RV’ers!
We consolidated into one RV when we got married and decided to try renting the other as a short-term rental. From there sprang our best adventure! What better way to share our love of camping, then to have our own fleet that others can rent from and share in the RV experience.
From that first RV, we have grown to 3 in our personal fleet and now offer rental management for any RV owner interested in earning some extra money when they aren’t using it for their own adventures!
We pride ourselves in being a firefighter (Chance) family-owned company. We would love to help make your family’s next vacation a memorable one!

The renter is responsible to make sure unit returned broom swept clean, counter top & bathroom / toilet wiped down w/ cleaning products (provided), garbage removed, all kitchen equipment washed clean and stored back in the proper previously stored location.
Failure to do any or all of the above will result in fee of $50.00 from the card on file.Scraping RV Against Trees
Tight squeeze? Take it slow, and be aware of what’s around you.
Take wider turns, but be careful when you do.
Damage at the gas station
Be cognizant/educate on height of rig, and watch out for those gas station poles.
Colliding with other vehicles
Drive slowly and brake early. Utilize mirrors; check blind spots when switching lanes.
Weather damage to awning
Always close awning before moderate weather, on windy days, when it’s not in use, and at night.You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided
Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level,tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
Awning use is strict prohibited any wind or rain. must be with the awning & under it during the use of awning.
if the broken or the material torn you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage that would come from the card on file.Returns are due from 10am until 4pm at 4:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 10am until 4pm at 4:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery are scheduled @ park times or availability to be delivered in no order as they come in.
It is liked if renter is present at time of delivery but, don't have to be.
If plan to pick up earlier or drop off late do have a $50 fee, if violate the above time slot $80 fee
No first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation (site#) must be told at booking or sent to us before 2 days before delivery.
