GOLDEN RULE - “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” - Please treat our investment (the RV) as if it were yours AWNING USE - awning must be put down and secured when not in use - awning must be put down and secure at night - awning must be put down and secured before travel - awning must be put down and secured before wind/storms DAILY MAINTENANCE - must check grey water and black water tanks at least twice per day - must check weather forecast daily for notice of wind/storms PROHIBITED - nothing should be flushed except for toilet paper provided by hosts - no foods, cooking oil/fat, or other solids down any sink - no smoking, vaping, or burning of incense (in/outside RV near open windows) - no climbing on roof - no outdoor festivals (such as Burning Man) SECURITY - keep RV doors locked when in transit or unattended - use hitch lock at all times when disconnected from vehicle STORAGE AND PREPARATION FOR TRAVELING - coffee maker must be unplugged and stored in container under bed with pillows - all items must be properly secured before traveling - no heavy personal items in cabinets while traveling - shower door must be latched before traveling - exterior kitchen vent must be secured before traveling - turn off A/C before unplugging shore power - ensure all power and water lines are disconnected before moving RETURN RV CLEAN/FULL* - empty and rinse black tank (if rinsing is not available, text us at [phone number removed] - empty grey tank - dispose of trash - remove personal items/food - place all dirty bedding and towels near door *Hosts complete deep cleaning between each rental and replenish with fresh water.
