The rental unit can not cross into U.S.A boarders.
The rental unit must be brought back in the same cleanliness as it was received on pickup day.
No smoking in the rental units
Pets must be authorized and a pet deposit paid
Check propane levels on return, fill if needed or figure out a compensated dollar amount for propane burnt during your rental
Clean all pet hair
Report any damages that occurred
