Great camper for a family fun weekend or longer!Beds include: Queen Bed in Semi-private room and two double bunk beds. Linens Included for these 3 beds, just bring your pillows. Additional sleeping with a convertible couch and a fold down dining table.Kitchen is equipped with some pots and pans, dish soap, hand soap, utensils, paper plates, bowls, paper towels and plastic ware for dining, plastic cups and coffee cups. Also a Kuerig; You bring your favorite K-Cups! Outdoor lighting and power awning.Additional amenities include towels, hand towels & wash clothes, as well as any needed cleaning supplies. RV toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, RV sewage hose kit, black water tank treatment, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, propane, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, main power cord, and adapter plug.The camper is pet friendly, but we expect your pets to be well-mannered and potty-trained. Any stains or damage will be taken from your deposit.1/2 TON TOW Vehicle is needed for smooth towing. The tow vehicle must have an electronic brake controller and standard 2” square hitch receiver. Hitch, weight distribution system, and sway control included with rental. The tow vehicle Must BE Equipped on your pick-up date with a round 7-way pin connector and electric brake controller. The tow vehicle must have liability insurance coverage. At departure, a copy of the tow vehicle's insurance card will be made. The renters name must match the name on the insurance card or be listed as an additional driver.Delivery, Set-up, & Pickup Service: For a fee, we will tow and set up the camper to any location with adequate hook-ups (No Generator available) within 100 miles of Bellville, TX and then pick it up when you are done with it. No towing necessary on your part-- you just make the reservations and enjoy!Any signs of smoking or vaping in the camper will forfeit the total remaining deposit.

Our family of 4 are mostly weekend campers. Some of our favorite camping close to home include Jellystone in Waller, TX. The water park is fun for all and Halloween is an amazing experience. We also enjoy Stella Mare in Galveston, TX. With cement pads leveling is a breeze. The pool area with hammocks and splash pad are family friendly and relaxing. Bathrooms and showers are clean.
