Perfect for family vacations, sleeps 8, seat belts for 7. Low mileage, very nice unit. Ducted air conditioning and heat, large slide-out, queen bed, 2 flat screen TVs with Blu-ray players, stereo with Bluetooth and second stereo with Bluetooth for outside speakers. electric/LP fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom and shower, couch, dinette, gas generator, electric awning, tank heaters, spacious floor plan, tons of storage inside and out for all your food, clothes and gear. pans, dishes and silverware included. camping chairs and large grass mat also included. We include towels and sheets for the master bed. But we have you bring your familiar pillows and blankets for comfort and to keep cost down.
one area that keeps popping up is the renter wanting to pick up the morning of the rental.
As this is a privately owned unit and not a Camp America or other business, I am at work until 3:30 or so on the weekdays. As it cant be taken early for insurance purposes, some cases will warrant booking an additional day and picking up the evening before your trip or contact me for additional options.

My wife and I are campers who recently upgraded. Obviously we can't use the camper all the time as we are years from retirement. So we thought we would try sharing it with others. This is a privately owned RV so we are not able to keep daytime business hours for pickup and delivery during the week but we will do our best to accommodate requested hand-off times.
