Clean and comfortable trailer. No smoking, pets are aloud. Ice cold a/c with an awning. Has audio inside and outside on the awning.This trailer is small enough to haul with a Toyota 4 Runner. Towing capacity of at least 4,000lbs required. But enough to comfortably sleep 4, but can sleep an extra 2 in the dinette.This camper is perfect for someone that likes to experience outdoor stuff and have a place to sleep and shower at night.Full bath with shower and small tub. Kitchen, fridge, and microwave. Small smart TV to hook WiFi to. Ce qui est inclusCamping chairs and bed linens and pillows for the queen and bunk beds. On return, inspection will be done again to assess for any damage. Renter will be charged for damage at full cost based on estimate from repair company.

I will be responsible for washing all bed linens, you don’t have to do that. A 25 fee will be applied if propane is used. This is not included. Propane tank is gauged.
