RV camping at its finest! This luxury 5th wheel RV has 5 slide outs, 2 retractable awnings and lots of windows with spectacular views. The RV is on a permanent pad so it is not movable, just arrive at the site and enjoy! The price includes the site, water, septic, 50-amp electric and high-speed Wi-Fi. The RV can sleep 6 with two full size tri-fold couches in the upstairs front living room and a CA king master bed. The RV has heat, dual air conditioners, solid step entry and is equipped with a smoke detector, LP alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. Propane, bear-proof trash and recycling bins and weekly holding tank dumping are provided with the rental. There is free parking on the gravel pad and drive.
The RV site has a large wood deck in front of the RV complete with a commercial grade gas grill, gas fire pit, deck furniture (4 chairs and picnic table) and a large shade umbrella. There is a shared wood fire pit with patio chairs between our two RV sites available for use when there is not a fire ban. The 2nd full hookup RV site is also available for rent but bring your own RV.
The RV is located at at the end of a 5-mile private gravel logging road at 4,300 feet elevation on the Swan Mtn Range. The site overlooks Swan Lake and the Mission Mtn Range across the lake and offers breathtaking views of the Swan and Flathead valleys and distant peaks. Hiking is at your own risk. There is an abundance of wildlife on the property including bears, elk, deer, moose, wolves, eagles and more. See recommendations for many nearby attractions within 50 miles for an abundance of day adventures in the Flathead/Glacier valley.

Cookware, bakeware, dishes/cups/glasses/silverware, cooking utensils, cutting board, mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons, paper towels, kitchen garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, potholders, kitchen towels, dish rags and sponge are provided. There is a Keurig with a coffee assortment, non-dairy creamer and sugar packet assortment provided. Also included are a few kitchen staples including small sizes of flour, sugar, cinnamon, vegetable oil, non-stick spray, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pepper, Montreal steak seasoning, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and butter to get you started on your extended stay.
The living room features an electric fireplace, theatre seating with two recliners, two tri-fold hide-a-bed sofas, a 43” smart LED TV with HULU channels and a stereo entertainment system including radio, interior/exterior speakers and wireless connectivity to your mobile apps.
There is a flip seat in the shower. Bathroom towels, hand towels, washcloths, soap, special RV toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and new bath scrub are provided.
The master bedroom features a CA king bed and a 28“ LED TV. Linens and pillows for all beds including fold out couches are provided in the storage under the bed.RecommandationsWe don't move the rig due to its beautiful private location and elevation. The private lot is bordered by Flathead National Forest on the NE side so there is direct access to the national forest. You can access the national forest trails by self-navigating the forest from our private lot to the trails using your phone maps app or by driving to the Six Mile Peak or Bear Creek public access points off MT 83 near Swan Lake and hopping directly on the trails there.
