33 ft with 5 slides and sleeps 10-12 people. The back room is just that, a large spacious room and it is great to travel with your own food and a bathroom. Must have full hook-ups. It is too large for dry camping. Solar batteries have been added but it is not enough charge to last for more than a day or two and it will not run the air or heat. The awning has been broken by heavy winds in our area on numerous occasions and is therefore not available but a canopy can be provided for shade. Chairs and an outdoor mat are also provided. Dishes and clean linens are all included. Coffee maker and toaster also available. Beds are covered with allergy covers.
