Fridge/Freezer is dual Propane/Electric.THE Rate IS FOR A 1 Week AND 1 DAY Rental TO Offer YOU Flexibility 8/25- 9/2. Cleaning fee is included in price....... No Short term rental rates. The renter must be present during the whole week period and no sub leasing, sub rental or 3rd party groups for these rentals.Generator Rental not available. You will need to rent a camp with power or bring your own generator and power is 4,000 to 6,500 depending on trailer.**NO 3rd Party Renters or Sub Leasing. You will need to show your camping credentials and ID to verify that you are the Renter and occupying the trailer.The trailer is not to be left/deserted on The Playa - You will need to coordinate pick up date/time with our driver prior to beginning to check-in of the reservation.This RV is Fully stocked with pillows, bedding linens, towels, Pots & Pans and kitchen necessitiesYou will need to provide full site location details of where the trailer is during your entire rental period.
You will be responsible for all missing items that were stocked in the trailer upon your departure. NO Glitter, Rhinestones, Feathers Residue IN OUR Trailers!! YOU Will BE Charged Damage Cleaning FEE. NO Dirty Dishes/Coffee Maker/Toaster left at time of departure or you will be charged additional fee for cleaning.Make sure your campsite is able to accommodate a 35 to 40 foot trailer.Full details of your Burning Man Reservations are required Prior to reserve. The guest is required to have a campsite and all required trailer entry documents to enter the event.
