She is a roomy well laid out motorhome with an interior of all LED lighting and beautiful hardwood cabinets and drawers that sleeps 4 comfortably. Kitchen includes 2-door large refrigerator, stove top and oven as well as microwave. There is a 4 seat dinette that becomes a fold out bed. Living room includes an L-shaped sofas that folds out to a bed and a loveseat. Also includes large 39 inch LED TV and electric fireplace. There is a queen bed with plenty of closet and drawer space in the bedroom. There is central vacuum system.
She also has two air conditioners and a furnace with thermostat control. This is 50 amp electric service with an adapter for 30 amp service.
It has a large water tank as well as large grey water and black water tanks making boondocking easy. The awning is a large 20 feet long and powered. Leveling is electric and automatic. The front windshield is panoramic with power shades.
She has two automated side cameras and a backup camera. Drives and rides well and turns easily for a large vehicle.Ce qui est inclusAll bedding is included. There are dishes and utensils for four as well as cookware and a coffee maker. It also comes with two campchairs. All cleaning supplies for dishes and personal use are provided including towels and washcloths. In addition to the central vacuum there is a swiffer mop and broom. Steven consistently parks, sets up the RV, and provides thorough walkthroughs of the system, ensuring renters are comfortable and transitions are smooth.

Runs and drives excellent

Features three slides for ample space, a comfortable interior, and generally runs and drives smoothly. One past instance of mechanical issues was noted, and 2 of 3 TVs were non-functional but disclosed.

RV had three slides which once deployed provided ample space. Owner also provided cable TV at no extra charge although 2 of the 3 TVs (master bedroom and outside) were not workable. Owner explained this to us in advance. Owner was very courteous and helpful and said parked the RV and set everything up for us. Would definitely rent from him again.
