3The host, Cornelius was great, very communicative when we had several questions and issues as first-time RV users. But the RV itself was a little rough. First, it was not cleaned well when we picked it up, which I was really disappointed about because we paid a hefty fee towards cleaning. It showed a lot of wear and tear, the retractable steps made a very loud clicking noise every single time they went in and out, which I’m sure our neighbors in the RV park didn’t love either. Pieces of the molding around the walls fell off at random. The tank switches didn’t show accurate water and waste levels, which made things tricky. Overall our family time was great but the RV itself needs to be put out to pasture.
