5.0We had a great experience getting a trailer from Randall. It was clean and in good working order. He dropped it at our house because we were housing some visiting relatives and this was a great way to keep them nearby and it was cheaper than a hotel.

4.0Randall was so accommodating. Just a lot of pre issues. After we got there, we discovered the main big window was non opperational. Needed more cleaning than I would have expected. Overall, it went well. As I said, Randall was a great host!
