Absolutely terrible experience, it started with the day of pickup. The RV was completely filthy inside and out. The owner said he would not be there for pickup and that I was on my own. The only instructions I received was a video on how to hook up the hitch, not even where the hitch was. The owner tried to handle everything via text message. There was zero instruction on how to use anything in the RV. Every other RV I've rented the owner shows up to walk you through use of all features and how to do everything. The owner said if I cleaned the RV myself I would get a refund. I agreed. Upon dropping the RV back off, he again wasn't there to accept the RV so I locked it and left it where he told me. 4 days later, he claims I didn't empty the grey and black water tanks even though I did, I have a receipt from the ranger station where I did the dump. Do not rent from this company, there are plenty of other RVs to rent. The worst experience from someone so inept and has no idea how to run a business.

Such an awesome host, had a few issues with the trailer in the beginning but the host made an above and beyond effort to help us make sure the trip went as smooth as possible. Truly appreciate the communication and effort. Would rent again and encourage those looking to seek this option.

Pretty standard camper. Alex was very helpful and attentive.

It was comfortable, towed great and the interactions with the owners were fantastic. It was an overall great experience

The trailer was in good constantly and has everything that we needed for our trip to Redfish with our family. The generator was very heavy to get in and out of the trailer, but was very handy to have.

Clean and had good amenities!
