Crystal and her husband consistently provide excellent communication, quick responses, and thorough explanations of the trailer. They are accommodating with pick-up/drop-off and often go above and beyond.
Smooth to pull, well-appointed
The 2021 Keystone Passport is spacious, clean, and well-equipped for families, featuring comfortable sleeping (bunks, memory foam master) and a large fridge. It pulls easily with the load distribution setup. Some noted issues were a non-working awning and missing outdoor rug.

4.0Great size and the RV was on the newer side. Sleeping setup was great. There was no outdoor rug, which was a bummer as we wanted to keep all the outside dust and dirt from coming inside. Also, the awning wasn’t working or available, which appeared as an available feature on throwing listing. The lack of stabilizers made one part of the drive a little sketchy but we managed. Overall, it was good and we had a fun time.
