This RV is super clean & has many extras to make your next trip Amazing! There is sleeping for 6-8 people, depending on ages/size. There is a queen bed in the back with a sliding door for privacy. The fold down dinette & sleeper sofa both provide full size beds (slightly smaller than queens). The electric, drop down, over the cab bunk is also full size. Beds will come with all linens, except pillows.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including reusable cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutting board, toaster, towels, strainer, mixing bowls, travel mugs, wine opener, etc . Ask before you bring something :)There is a TV in the front living space & one in the bedroom. Both w/hidden storage behind them. We placed a portable, fire proof safe with a key behind the bedroom TV.The front captain chairs turn around & a table can be placed between them. It is stored in the back bedroom closet.The bathroom will be stocked with 8 large towels, 8 washcloths, 6 hand towels, and RV toilet paper for your use.*Our RV is small pet friendly! There is a pull out drawer under the shower that has built food & water bowls. There is also a pet window located at the front passengers feet area. You must use the sofa cover, that is provided, to prevent the animal's nails from scratching the leather sofa.Outdoor FUN starts with the awning which has built-in LED lights for night time use. There is a bluetooth stereo with outdoor speakers & an outdoor TV. A large outdoor rug, collapsible grill, camp chairs, outdoor games, boogie boards, picnic table cover, hotdog sticks, two collapsible tables (6 ft and 8ft), and pizza pie irons for the fire. These are just a few of the "extras' available for use!! All we ask, is that you take care of the stuff and have FUN!!This RV is equipped with a back-up camera, an on board generator, and an outdoor shower! We are planning to go out west for 3 weeks starting May 30th! Colorado Springs, Utah, Grand Canyon, New Mexico, Arizona, and even Texas. Once the RV is returned, we will inventory the items inside and out. If anything is missing or broken, renters will be responsible for replacement items. Well behaved small pets are welcome, as long as you use the provided pet cover for the sofa to prevent nails from scratching the leather. A small, additional cleaning fee, will also be added.

Hello! Jason & I have been married for 19 yrs and raised 4 children. 2 teenagers remain in the home. We have always enjoyed traveling & couldnt wait to own an RV. Since we decided to take the leap, we couldnt be happier! We have traveled out west for 3 wks, and to the beach for another week.
