Who's ready to get outside & enjoy the amazing state of Utah? This rig sleeps at least 5 adults but can accommodate a couple more if you wanna be friendly. If you have small children this could accommodate parents or parent & several kids. A young family with several children could easily make this work. This rig is small & easy for towing, but when popped up this rig has lots of space.2003 Jayco Eagle 10 SG equipped with a furnace, 2 cooktops, 2 propane tanks, queen & large full popout bed, queen size, dinette fold down bed, single fold down couch sleeper, an awning, among many other things. It has a dry weight of approximately 1795 lbs. I pull it with a 6-cylinder Tacoma and it's a breeze. This is a really clean and nice rig and I really want to keep it that way. Please treat this as if it were your own. There is a reason this is a 2003 and still looks brand new.Includes:
- Freshly cleaned sheets for the beds.
- Some basic cleaning supplies & chemicals.
- Spare fuses in case something blows out.
- Tools for lowering the trailer stabilizers. I'll explain how to use when you pick up.
- I'll have two full propane tanks which will last a while. No additional propane charges. I ask that it be filled when returned.
- Water hose & regulators for hooking up travel trailer to RV park water source.What do you need to rent?
- Seven pin light hookup.What I ask:
- Please clean it. Strip used sheets.I'm happy to fill the propane tank if you don't have time, $40 per tank from your security deposit. Cleaning if required is $40.Please contact me with other questions. If you need help finding a camping location I use a cool app called "Allstays". - Coleman grill. This is an additional cooking surface to make your camping more enjoyable (propane bottles not included. Can be purchased at most retailers)
- Electrical and water hookups are available for campground hookup
- Filter for use making the campground water cleaner for washing dishes and hands (I still bring my own bottled water for drinking purposes and would suggest you do too)

- I have a blender I am happy to throw in if your are going to a campground and are plugged into power. Make up some margaritas or some shakes! Just ask me

Both work well you just have to plan for one or the other. The campground route is obviously easier on the camper. If you go with the unimproved campsites you will want a generator.- Bring bedding (pillows, blankets and or sleeping bags.)

- There isn't a jack included because my assumption is you'll have a jack in your vehicle in case a flat tire were to happen

- No smoking whatsoever. If there is smoking in the rig there will be a $500 cleaning charge
- Animals are allowed upon approval for $10/day and the animal will need to be cleaned up after. If there is an animal without approval or the rig is not cleaned up after the stay then there will be a charge depending on the time and cost to get the rig clean
- The rig needs to be cleaned and returned in the manner in which it was rented. If there are excessive cleaning needs upon return then there will be a cleaning fee, this will depend on the time required to clean the rig
- There will be a late return charge, equal to on day rental, if the rig is not returned on the agreed upon time
- There will be a one time $35 sanatization fee
