Our trailer is a 23'7" beauty that can sleep up to six people. There are two single beds, a queen Murphy bed, and the dinette folds down into another bed. The galley has an extendable counter top, a three burner stove and oven, and a fridge/freezer combo. When relaxing in AC during the hot afternoon weather kick back on the couch and enjoy a movie on the TV. Or spend some time under the 15' fully automatic awning. We have really enjoyed using the trailer and all of the convenience that it brings and we know that you will as well. All tow vehicles must have a trailer braking controller installed on the vehicle in order to use. Renter must provide evidence of the controller prior to rental. We will provide tow mirrors, if necessary, and a trailer tire pressure monitoring system. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask!NO Smoking and NO Burning MAN Reservations Absolutely no smoking (including vapor cigarettes) in or around the camper. You will be charged a minimum $500 cleaning fee if the camper smells like smoke or has been to burning man.*** Winter Season Camping Notice***November 1st - March 31thDuring the coldest months of the year, the Champagne Queen is winterized. This means you'll be able to dry camp and stay nice and cozy, but the fresh water system is off. This is usually only a minor inconvenience. You'll heat your water on the stove and you can usually use the sink drain, shower drain and the toilet with jugs of water like you would when camping normally.This policy protects you from having to pay for very costly damages to the water system due to freezing. (The biggest problems are the pump, pipes, tanks and water heater. Repairs for ruptured pipes can cost more than $2000 in addition to the days the trailer is out of commission — which you would be liable for.) However, depending on your destination & weather permitting, we may allow you dewinterize the trailer while you're out. In this case, a $100 fee to re-winterize the trailer upon your return would be assessed.We will provide a 5 gallon jug that you can fill up with water while you are in town. If you plan on boondocking, you may want to bring more, just to be safe.
