Spacious, inviting and comfortable is what everyone will be saying when they visit you at the campsite! Your friends can relax and visit inside on the sofa sleeper, the theater seats and/or the booth dinette. Yet you can choose a table and chairs option in place of the dinette if you prefer that type of seating. The dual opposing slides in the main living and kitchen area allow plenty of floor space to move around the kitchen island to get to the curio, the dinette and all the appliances and amenities including the 10 cu. ft. refrigerator, the pull-out trash can, the large pantry, and the 50" TV with entertainment center and storage. The double entry bath allows access near the exterior entry and in the front bedroom which is complete with a queen bed and a space for your pet.

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
