The trailer is showing its age. Some small kitchen appliances, stove knobs, cookware, silverware looked dirty, so we cleaned everything we used. The kitchen was stocked with older, mismatched items, including one small egg pan and one small pot. There was no oven-safe cookware, no sheet pan. The linens were clean - plenty of blankets and pillows, but the bed only had a fitted sheet. The bunk beds have a very thin pad over plywood, so we bought 2" foam toppers. The shower curtain liner was also very dirty. I'd encourage the owner to either wash or replace it before the next guests arrive. Overall, the cleanliness and the condition of some of the kitchen items and bedding didn't meet our expectations. But the owner's willingness to make things right made a real difference - when I told her that the K-cup coffee maker appeared to have moldy old coffee in the water dispenser, she mailed a new Keurig coffee maker, and when I told her that there was only one pot and one small egg pan, she sent a set of 3 pans.

With a few upgrades, such as better bunk cushioning, a top sheet, a fuller kitchen set, and a thorough deep clean between renters, this could be a nice rental.

Fast communication and very pleasant. Camper was clean and comfortable. Had a great time!
