No smoking ($250 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the trailer, this includes marijuana), $150 non refundable pet deposit (only well behaved pets, no chewers, scratchers, and must be potty trained), no climbing on roof, renters are not allowed to put nail or screw holes anywhere in or on the travel trailer, black and grey water tanks must be emptied upon return ($100 charge if tanks are not empty upon return), LP tanks will be full on pick up and need to be returned full, empty or partially full tanks will be charged a $25 fee per tank. No decals, bumper stickers or any other adhesive product can be placed in or on trailer.
