Carlos's dad was very helpful with picking the RV up and returning it. Having solar panels was a great plus since we were camping on a site that didn't have electricity, so we didn't have to worry about the battery running out. We didn't rent the generator.

This was our first time renting a RV and Carlos was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. He was wonderful to work with! The RV is spotless and we had a blast with it!
