Skip all the hassle of setting up and show up at your site ready to relax!You will need to book your own campsite separately, but we will haul and set up for you!Camp with all the comforts of home in this flexible toy-hauler that is perfect for large families, or those who have big toys to store during their vacation! This unique setup offers a multitude of sleeping options that are flexible for any group!Starting outside, there is a full length adjustable awning, and an outdoor rug. Folding chairs are available upon request!Coming in the main entrance, there is queen bed to the right, with a dividing wall and curtain for added privacy. This opens up to the main living space and is positioned to be able to see the tv from the bed. Above and beside the bed are cabinets for storage. To the left is a spacious living and kitchen area. The couch has three reclining seats, two of which have massaging and heating options as well as lighted cup holders. The couch is spacious enough for an adult to sleep comfortably (our 4 and 5 year olds sleep here together with the recliners out!). There is a small electric fireplace that puts out great heat, and can changes colors! Above the fireplace is a Roku TV. In the kitchen area there is a stainless steel sink with a small window above, a small oven and gas stovetop with a glass cover for added counter space, and a refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, pizza cutter, can opener, dish soap, hand soap, sponges, paper towels, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc. The bathroom separates the main area from the toy hauler area. In the bathroom is a sink with mirrored medicine cabinet above, and cabinet below, a toilet, and a standing shower. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, washcloths, towels, and a toothbrush holder. You will need to bring your own toiletries. The toy hauler section is very spacious! There is a table with two benches that can be converted into another queen bed (or table removed and benches kept separate for kids to sleep). Upon request I have an air mattress, two cots, and a toddler bed. This space can also be kept open for a play area, or used as additional storage. The ramp on the toy hauler section stabilizes and has a gate that folds out to create an awesome patio area, giving extra space during the day that makes a great play or dining area! There is a magnetic screen that closes this off from bugs, or the bathroom doors can be kept shut to create a larger “outdoor” space.Ce qui est inclusPlease reach out for any special requests!
