No unpotty trained dogs and no dogs allowed to be left unattended in RV at any time, unless crated. No smoking, of any kind, at any time in RV. Festival rentals must be approved prior to booking. No towing unless discussed prior to rental, fees attached with towing. Hitch locked. If waste tank is brought back clogged $125 for dump fee and $125 for unclogging fee = $250. Exterior length of the vehicle is 33 ft. In order to secure the rental, it is required that all renters sign our Supplemental Renters Agreement. Drop off and pick up times will be arranged with each renter. On weekdays, it will have to be before or after work hours.No Smoking!

We are the Tiffees: Jamey, Barbara, Nick, Charity, Sean, Rebecca, and Zack! We love to travel and Branson, Missouri has been a favorite destination since before our kids came along. We are roller coaster lovers who go every year. Our kids have been known to wear thick-soled shoes to meet height requirements. Jamey is from Heavener, OK and grew up hunting and camping in the Quachita National Forest. As a lifelong musician, he loves to play outdoor festivals! I grew up in Muskogee going to Lake Tenkiller and the Illinois River. I went skydiving with my eldest son Nick on his 18th birthday and have been a court reporter with the State of Oklahoma for nearly 30 years. I have been married to Jamey for over 25 years and our kids are growing up and moving out. =( We hope you enjoy traveling in our RV as much as we do!
